Job Title: VP of Sales

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth and expansion of our sales strategy, leveraging their expertise to optimize collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.

About the Role
  • Develop and refine sales strategies, including pitch scripts, to maximize revenue and set the foundation for future growth.
  • Define long-term sales strategies, focusing on market expansion, resource prioritization, and scaling the sales team.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, recruit top talent, and refine the sales engine to drive revenue growth.
  • Engage directly in closing key deals while building the sales infrastructure.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor top-tier talent to ensure the sales team is equipped for success as the company scales.
About the Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a VP of Sales or in a similar leadership role within a SaaS or Enterprise Sales environment.

They should demonstrate a strong ability to recruit, build, and lead high-performing sales teams, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

A deep understanding of CRM systems and the sales tech stack is essential, along with experience selling into areas such as advertising, marketing, or analytics within the media or CTV space.

Desired qualifications include experience managing sales teams scaling from $6M ARR to $60M ARR.
