POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated media professional with a background in Paid Media campaigns, ready to advance their career in a dynamic setting. As part of the M.A.C UK & Ireland Consumer Marketing team, you will assist the Paid Media Manager in the planning and execution of high-quality offline and online paid media initiatives. Collaboration with the media agency and the PR team will be essential for executing cohesive media strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

PAID MEDIA FUNCTIONS (20%)

Executing and analyzing high-quality paid media campaigns, including asset management and performance reporting.

Establishing a robust partnership with the media agency as the primary contact.

Conducting competitor and consumer analysis to provide actionable insights to the broader marketing team.

Tracking and reporting on media performance to identify areas for optimization.

Collaborating with various cross-functional teams, including PR, CRM, Creative, and Online, to ensure a unified media approach.

Overseeing budget management, ensuring accurate invoicing and purchase orders, and updating relevant internal systems.

ORGANIC SOCIAL MEDIA FUNCTIONS (20%)

Assisting the Organic Social team on Meta with content creation and scheduling.

Supporting local production shoots, including managing props, schedules, and studio communications.

PROJECTS YOU WILL BE INVOLVED IN

In this role, you will contribute to exciting new product launches and events for the world’s leading beauty brand. Collaborating with a team of passionate and talented individuals, you will help enhance brand desirability and loyalty.

IMPORTANCE OF THIS ROLE TO ELC / BRAND:

This position is vital in supporting the Paid Media Manager to execute multiple high-quality campaigns and navigate an exciting fiscal year ahead.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS:

Experience with paid media platforms, particularly Meta and TikTok.

A genuine passion for beauty, fashion, and social trends, with the ability to think creatively to activate new product launches and brand narratives.

Strong communication skills that foster approachability and brand representation.

Exceptional organizational abilities, both in managing physical products and digital tasks, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.

A collaborative team player who is also self-motivated when handling independent projects.
