We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Operations Manager to lead in optimising our sales operations processes, ensuring efficient and effective support for the sales team by analysing sales data, managing sales tools and technologies, and collaborating with various departments to enhance overall sales productivity and performance.
This is a key leadership position that requires excellent management skills and a passion for driving performance through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales operations strategies and processes to improve the sales conversion performance
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for business development
- Manage and maintain sales tools and CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Manage the team's sales forecasts and targets
- Create sales performance metrics and KPI's
- Identify individual training needs and implement personal development plans
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role
- Demonstrable track record of optimising sales processes and improving sales performance
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Proficiency in CRM systems (ideally HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
