We are seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to join our Sensitive Claims team. As a hybrid role, you will work half your week from home and half in our Cardiff office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your own caseload of sensitive claims
  • Use proactive and reactive contact to understand customer needs and keep them updated via various channels
  • Consider customer circumstances and needs, taking additional steps to support them
  • Ensure legislative, regulatory, and internal process knowledge is fully understood
Requirements
  • Strong communication and administration skills
  • Passion to support customers, whatever their personal circumstances
  • Confidence in using a desktop or laptop and experienced in using MS Office
