Working in our hybrid model, you will split your time between our Cardiff office and working from home, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Our Customer Service teams are made up of professionals from diverse backgrounds, and we offer comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Provide customer service to existing customers or their representatives, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and quality standards.
- Offer New Business solutions that meet customers' retirement income needs, providing tailored advice and guidance.
- Take every opportunity to deliver an outstanding customer experience, ensuring the outcome is correct and aligned with Legal & General's quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Obtain relevant customer information through appropriate communication channels, including telephone, email, messaging, correspondence, online, and IT systems.
- Support projects and deliver business implementation activities, such as changes to process and call frameworks.
- Consider the needs of vulnerable customers and take additional steps to support them through their interactions with Legal & General.
- Proven ability to prioritise and manage queries, giving due consideration to team performance and activities.
- Good commercial awareness and experience of building effective relationships in complex environments.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, with a strong focus on customer service and quality standards.
