Job Title: Head of Paid Media

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Head of Paid Media to join our team at Sphere Digital Recruitment. As a key member of our digital media team, you will be responsible for leading our paid media efforts and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to our paid media team, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with our strategy team to develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies that drive business results.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow key client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and delivering results-driven campaigns.
  • Team Development: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning, providing opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • Performance Measurement: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our paid media efforts.
  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, ensuring seamless execution and optimal ROI.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in paid media, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Leadership: 2+ years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Expertise: Expert knowledge of paid media platforms, including PPC, paid social, and programmatic/addressable.
  • Account Management: Proven experience managing large paid media accounts and driving business growth.
  • Team Management: Ability to lead and motivate a team of paid media professionals.
