About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Media Specialist to join our team at Influence Digital. As a key member of our Paid Media Team, you will be responsible for devising innovative paid media strategies and campaigns across social, search, and programmatic platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of key accounts and support junior team members with activation and reporting.
  • Develop and implement paid media strategies and campaigns across social, search, and programmatic platforms.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to inform future campaign decisions.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in our paid media offerings.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience working within Meta Business Suite and strong knowledge of the capabilities of the platform.
  • Prior experience with Programmatic Display and/or DOOH is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform campaign decisions.
  • Ability to work diligently and flexibly, managing multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proactive approach to campaign management and optimization.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to client challenges.
  • Strong understanding of pixel and UTM tracking implementation across platforms.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
