The Role

We are seeking a Digital Media Specialist to join our Paid Media Team, responsible for devising innovative paid media strategies and campaigns across social, search, and programmatic platforms. As a Digital Media Specialist, you will oversee the day-to-day management of key accounts and support junior team members with activation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement paid media strategies and campaigns across social, search, and programmatic platforms
  • Manage and optimize multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously to meet objectives and key deadlines
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and insights to maximize performance
  • Collaborate with the team to come up with innovative approaches to client and campaign challenges
  • Implement A/B tests and testing frameworks to gain insight and drive performance
  • Implement pixel and UTM tracking across platforms and analyze conversion and Google Analytics data
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, bringing strong time management and project management skills to the team
  • Proficient in office tools, such as Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and media plans
