The Position

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Chief Marketing Officer to lead our PPC, SEO, Content, and Social teams. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, brand reputation, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategy Development: Oversee the development of marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
  2. Performance Management: Set top-line marketing goals and objectives for the business and determine short- and long-term OKRs for the marketing department.
  3. Team Alignment: Work closely with our CTO to ensure healthy team collaboration between engineering and marketing.
  4. Go-to-Market Strategies: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for all new ventures.
Requirements
  1. Experience as a marketing leader with a proven track record of driving growth and increasing brand awareness and reputation at start-ups/scale-ups.
  2. Strong understanding of technology and the ability to translate technical concepts into simple, compelling messaging.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
