Bellrock Property and Facilities Management is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth and expand our presence in the market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to identify new business opportunities and drive sales.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the construction and property services industry.
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a keen eye for identifying market trends and opportunities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
