Senior Sales Negotiator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team at Pro-Found Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily sales operations and conduct team meetings to ensure alignment and goal achievement.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and current legislation, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Identify potential buyers and sellers, securing maximum quality viewings, valuations, instructions, and financial services appointments.
  • Conduct canvassing and accompany viewings to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Manage withdrawals through negotiation and manage client expectations to achieve successful sales outcomes.
  • Manage sales progression and communicate regularly with solicitors, buyers, and sellers to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Secure offers and maximize value streams through effective negotiation and market analysis.
  • Conduct property valuations and prepare pre-valuation information to provide accurate and reliable data.
  • Analyze market and business data to prepare vendor reports, providing valuable insights for sales growth and strategy.
Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years of experience at the Senior Negotiator level, with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation affecting residential sales and lettings, with the ability to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Proven experience in sales progression and valuations, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A valid UK driving license, with the ability to travel to client meetings and viewings.
