Senior Sales Negotiator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team in Buckinghamshire. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of sales, including property sales, valuations, financial services appointments, sign-ups, conveyancing quotes, and instructions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of residential sales and conduct team meetings
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and current legislation
  • Identify potential buyers and sellers, secure maximum quality viewings, valuations, instructions, and financial services appointments
  • Conduct canvassing and accompany viewings
  • Manage withdrawals through negotiation and manage client expectations
  • Manage sales progression and communicate regularly with solicitors, buyers, and sellers
  • Secure offers and maximize value streams
  • Conduct property valuations and prepare pre-valuation information
  • Analyse market and business data to prepare vendor reports
Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years of experience at the Senior Negotiator level
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation affecting residential sales and lettings
  • Proven experience in sales progression and valuations
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • A valid UK driving licence
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus commission
  • 10% commission on sales and up to 10% commission on instructions (dependent on experience)
  • Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, plus alternate Saturdays
  • Company car
  • Mobile phone and laptop
