Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of residential sales and conduct team meetings
- Ensure adherence to company standards and current legislation
- Identify potential buyers and sellers, secure maximum quality viewings, valuations, instructions, and financial services appointments
- Conduct canvassing and accompany viewings
- Manage withdrawals through negotiation and manage client expectations
- Manage sales progression and communicate regularly with solicitors, buyers, and sellers
- Secure offers and maximize value streams
- Conduct property valuations and prepare pre-valuation information
- Analyse market and business data to prepare vendor reports
- At least 2-3 years of experience at the Senior Negotiator level
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation affecting residential sales and lettings
- Proven experience in sales progression and valuations
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- A valid UK driving licence
- Competitive salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus commission
- 10% commission on sales and up to 10% commission on instructions (dependent on experience)
- Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, plus alternate Saturdays
- Company car
- Mobile phone and laptop
