Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the daily operations of residential sales, ensuring seamless sales progression and exceptional customer service.
  2. Conduct team meetings to discuss sales strategies, market trends, and performance metrics.
  3. Identify potential buyers and sellers, securing maximum quality viewings, valuations, instructions, and financial services appointments.
  4. Manage withdrawals through negotiation and maintain client expectations.
  5. Communicate regularly with solicitors, buyers, and sellers to ensure smooth sales progression.
  6. Secure offers and maximize value streams through effective negotiation and market analysis.

Requirements:

  1. At least 2-3 years of experience at the Senior Negotiator level.
  2. Strong knowledge of relevant legislation affecting residential sales and lettings.
  3. Proven experience in sales progression and valuations.
  4. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  5. A valid UK driving licence.

What We Offer:

  1. Salary: 28k to 30k plus commission - OTE 60K.
  2. 10% Commission on sale & up to 10% commission on instructions (dependant on experience).
  3. Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm plus alternate Saturdays.
  4. Job Location: Iver, Buckinghamshire.
  5. Contract: Permanent.
  6. Company car.
  7. Mobile phone and laptop.
