Digital Account Manager

Crescat Digital Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Digital Account Executive to join our growing client relations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional communication between our agency and a diverse client portfolio.
This is a fast-paced and dynamic role, requiring adaptability, a willingness to learn, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our Senior Account Manager to provide a supporting role in delivering excellent client service, identifying opportunities for growth, and driving business results.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional communication and customer service to clients via phone, email, instant message, project management tasks, or in person.
- Assist in building out a portfolio of department documentation for processes and procedures.
- Support the management of internal communications, knowledge sharing, and client updates.
- Assist in data gathering, testing, and raising dev tasks or issues.
- Identify enhancements or improvements within the department and processes, bringing new ideas to streamline and build further efficiencies and client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good organisation and time management skills.
- Ability to interpret questions or information, including technical details, and communicate them effectively between relevant teams and clients.
- Enjoys a challenge and is an analytical thinker.
- Curious and eager to learn or understand things beyond the necessary minimum.
- Great attention to detail and not afraid to ask questions.
- Intuitive and a good listener.
- Understanding of SEO and marketing processes and tools, including Google Tools, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Pagespeed Insights, and BrightLocal.
- Experience or understanding of CMS systems, including Magento, WordPress, and Umbraco.
- Basic understanding of development workflows and terminology.
