Digital Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and creative digital sales professional to join our team at The William Reed Group. As a Corporate and Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for building relationships with current clients and driving new business through food and drink, travel, consumer lifestyle brands, and media agencies across the world.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and build a client base of food and drink, travel, consumer lifestyle, and luxury brands worldwide.
- Understand client needs, strategy, and business, developing long-term relationships.
- Drive increased revenues by developing a creative sales approach – selling highly engaging and impactful marketing campaigns for partners utilising content marketing, video, and social media, plus banners and newsletters.
- Partnership campaign ideation and proposal curation in line with client objectives while maintaining balance with brand and audience engagement.
- Work collaboratively as part of the wider team, ensuring brand success.
- Campaign management – coordination and monitoring of campaigns, plus campaign reporting and analysis.
- Maintain and update sales and client activities and opportunities in our CRM system.
- Achieve and surpass commercial targets.
- Proactively arrange meetings virtually, and travel to visit key customers, tradeshows, and our own events where required.
- Digital media and creative solutions sales experience – consumer media preferred.
- Proven track record of managing complex accounts and campaigns.
- Be creative and have an innovation mentality.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint or presentation software.
- Language skills an advantage, but not essential.
- 25 days annual leave in addition to bank holidays - increasing by one additional day after 6 years, up to a maximum of 30 days.
