Digital Account Manager

Crescat Digital Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Digital Account Executive to join our growing client relations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional communication between our agency and a diverse client portfolio.
This is a fast-paced and dynamic role, requiring adaptability, open-mindedness, and a willingness to learn as the industry evolves. You will be responsible for providing a supporting role in delivering excellent communication, building relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional communication and customer service to clients via various channels, including phone, email, instant messaging, and project management tasks.
- Assist in building and maintaining a portfolio of department documentation for processes and procedures.
- Support the management of internal communications, knowledge sharing, and client updates.
- Assist in data gathering, testing, and raising dev tasks or issues.
- Identify enhancements and improvements within the department and processes, and bring new ideas to streamline and build further efficiencies and client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good organisation and time management skills.
- Ability to interpret questions or information, including technical details, and communicate them effectively between relevant teams and clients.
- Enjoys a challenge and is an analytical thinker.
- Curious and eager to learn and understand things beyond the necessary minimum.
- Great attention to detail and not afraid to ask questions.
- Intuitive and a good listener.
- Understanding of SEO and marketing processes and tools, including Google Tools, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Pagespeed Insights, and BrightLocal.
- Experience or understanding of CMS systems, including Magento, WordPress, and Umbraco.
- Basic understanding of development workflows and terminology.
