About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Digital Account Executive to join our growing client relations team at Crescat Digital Ltd.

The successful candidate will provide a supporting role in delivering excellent communication between the agency and a wide client portfolio, working closely with the Senior Account Manager to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adaptable and open-minded, with a willingness to learn as the industry evolves
  • Effective communication with team members at all levels, across various departments
  • Proactive and take initiative where applicable, with a genuine desire to help all areas of the business succeed
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interpret questions or information and communicate them effectively between relevant teams and clients
  • Good organisation and time management, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Requirements
  • Understanding of SEO / marketing processes and tools, including Google Tools and SEMRush
  • Experience / understanding of CMS systems, including Magento and WordPress
  • Basic understanding of development workflows and terminology
