About the Role

Crescat Digital Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Digital Account Executive to join our growing client relations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional communication between our agency and a diverse client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a supporting role in delivering excellent communication between the agency and clients
  • Assist in building out a portfolio of department documentation for processes and procedures
  • Assist in management of internal communications, knowledge sharing, and client updates
  • Assist in data gathering, testing, and raising dev tasks/issues
  • Assist in identifying enhancements/improvements within the department and processes, bringing new ideas to streamline and build further efficiencies and client satisfaction

  • Able to communicate effectively with team members at all levels, across various departments
  • Genuine desire to help all areas of the business, to assist teams, and beyond, be successful and achieve the desired results (individually, as a team, and as a company)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of SEO/marketing processes and tools
  • Experience/understanding of CMS systems
  • Basic understanding of development workflows and terminology
