About the Role

Crescat Digital is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Digital Account Executive to join our team. As a Digital Account Executive, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service and supporting the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client service and support to a wide portfolio of clients
  • Work closely with the Senior Account Manager to deliver excellent communication and results-driven solutions
  • Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of innovative marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery

Requirements

  • Adaptable and open-minded with a willingness to learn and evolve in a fast-paced industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Proactive and able to take initiative in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret complex information and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders

Desirable Skills

  • Understanding of SEO and marketing processes and tools
  • Experience with CMS systems and development workflows
  • Basic understanding of development terminology
