### Job Description

#### Key Responsibilities

As a Key Account Manager at Epsilon, you will be responsible for leading creative development and strategy to retain and grow business. You will work closely with a team of subject matter experts on Epsilon solutions, platforms, capabilities, and products to deliver exceptional client services.

#### Key Accountabilities

* Retain and grow client business by providing exceptional service and relations
* Pitch, develop, and execute personalized digital strategies leveraging creative and strategic thinking, commercial acumen, data, and insights
* Lead integration for new and existing brands onto the Epsilon platform, designing, developing, and implementing creative and technical solutions based on business requirements
* Mentor and train junior team members and new starters within the Account Management team

#### Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

* Has 2-4 years' experience within the digital marketing landscape - agency or client side
* Is highly organized with experience in project management
* Is a creative thinker and strategic problem solver who strives for continuous improvement
* Is knowledgeable about the digital industry and motivated by its evolving nature
