We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Penguin Books Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the office administration, including coordinating travel arrangements, managing the office budget, and maintaining accurate records.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Develop and implement processes to improve office efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and goals.
- Proven experience in office management or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
