Senior Campaigns Manager, Penguin Books Limited

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Campaigns Manager to join our team at Penguin Books Limited. As a key member of our Marketing and Communications team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing and PR campaigns to promote our lifestyle publishing titles.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement marketing and PR strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness for our lifestyle publishing titles.
- Manage and execute campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and print.
- Build and maintain relationships with authors, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Collaborate with the editorial, rights, and sales teams to develop and implement launch strategies.
- Manage and execute events, including author appearances and book signings.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the media landscape and identify opportunities for media coverage.
- Manage and execute press releases, media kits, and other press materials.
- Monitor and analyze campaign results to inform future marketing and PR strategies.
- Proven experience in marketing and PR, with a focus on lifestyle publishing.
- Strong understanding of the media landscape and ability to identify opportunities for media coverage.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
