The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Technician to join our dedicated technical team in our headquarters. The ideal candidate will have experience working on design and build projects, be friendly, engaging and helpful, with strong time management and co-ordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients
  • Conduct site surveys and co-ordinate general site activities
  • Co-ordinate build and services activities
  • Produce and deliver Tender/Construction packages
  • Manage jobs from start to finish
  • Co-ordinate with Local Authorities, Building Control and ensure general compliance

Requirements

  • Experience as a Senior Architectural Technician or similar role
  • Proficient in AutoCAD
  • Basic knowledge of Building Regulations
  • Full UK driving license
