About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Engineer to lead our team of professionals in installing, configuring, and supporting a suite of proprietary applications for our clients. As a Senior System Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the availability and operation of services through a combination of planned project work and reactive support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide hands-on support for applications, diagnosing and resolving issues promptly, and lead and mentor team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, implement, and support products, and lead technical projects to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Client Management: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and tailor solutions accordingly, and oversee the installation and configuration of products on Windows and Linux servers and cloud platforms.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and enhance standard operating procedures and best practices for installation and support services.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Proven success as a Senior Implementation, effective team leadership and technical project management, expertise with Windows servers, Linux servers, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), and strong aptitude for troubleshooting and developing innovative solutions.
  • Soft Skills: Customer-centric approach with a commitment to exceeding expectations, excellent communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
