{"Role Overview": "As a Senior Customer Support Engineer at SCC, you will be responsible for leading a defined team and ensuring the effective delivery of scheduled engineering services. Your key focus will be on balancing operational risks, cost, health & safety, legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure the local team understands priorities within the work stack daily.
* Oversee delivery against work plans.
* Utilize data & insights from dashboards to drive and continuously improve performance across metrics related to utilization, SLA delivery & quality.
* Work closely with the Training team to ensure the skills, competencies, and security clearances of the Repair team are fit for purpose for our delivery.
* Assist the Delivery Manager in performance management across a local team, ensuring the highest of standards are delivered and that our teams live up to our company values.
* Work closely with the Delivery Manager to ensure day-to-day operational delivery, including risks, engagement with our employees, customers, and environments in which we serve are protected.
* Be the technical point of escalation within the local team and potentially wider across the SCC brand.

* Security clearance required.
