Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of engineering services, ensuring that local teams understand priorities and work plans.
  • Utilize data and insights to drive performance improvement across metrics related to utilization, SLA delivery, and quality.
  • Work closely with the Training team to ensure that the skills and competencies of the Repair team are fit for purpose.
  • Assist in performance management across local teams, ensuring the highest standards are delivered and that our teams live up to our company values.
  • Work closely with the Delivery Manager to ensure day-to-day operational delivery, including risk management and engagement with employees, customers, and environments.
  • Be the technical point of escalation within the local team and potentially wider across the SCC brand.

  • Technical skills and communication skills to help peers learn and grow.
  • Security clearance required.
