About the Role: Youth Custody Transport Officer

As a Youth Custody Transport Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and secure transportation of young people within the justice system. You will be responsible for collecting them from various locations, such as youth offender institutions or police stations, and transporting them to courts while maintaining their well-being.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Transport young people safely and securely between different locations, including courts, youth offender institutions, and police stations.
  • Provide compassionate care and support to young people throughout their journey, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Maintain a high level of vigilance and security during transportation, preventing escapes or incidents.
  • Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently.
