About the Organization
We are seeking a motivated Events and Marketing Specialist to become an integral part of our Marketing department, operating in a hybrid model.
Your primary focus will be to oversee and enhance our marketing initiatives and events, ensuring they consistently reflect the Galbraith brand and deliver value.
As a multi-disciplinary organization with a presence across Scotland and Northern England, we specialize in various sectors including property sales, lettings, rural consultancy, energy, natural capital, forestry, building consultancy, and commercial property advisory services. This position offers a diverse range of responsibilities and the chance to manage events across multiple locations, necessitating travel.
Key Responsibilities
Your main duties will include:
- Evaluating, coordinating, promoting, and managing a variety of company events, seminars, and functions, both in-person and virtual, aimed at our current and prospective clients.
- Handling all aspects of event management, from front-of-house activities to behind-the-scenes logistics.
- Collecting, analyzing, and reporting on event feedback to assess the effectiveness of events and ensure targeted marketing efforts.
- Sourcing and procuring promotional materials, organizing event logistics, and creating content for website and social media promotions.
- Coordinating event communications, including newsletters, invitations, and managing guest lists.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to produce presentation materials for seminars in line with corporate standards.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a comparable events role.
- Exceptional organizational and administrative skills.
- The ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Creative thinking and strong digital skills.
- A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for business purposes.
