About the Organization
We are seeking a motivated Events and Marketing Specialist to become a vital part of our Marketing division, operating in a hybrid model with a primary office location.
Your main duty will be to oversee and enhance our event and marketing initiatives, ensuring they consistently reflect the brand's values and deliver substantial value.
As a versatile multi-disciplinary firm with a presence across various regions, we focus on property transactions, rural and energy consultancy, natural capital, forestry, and commercial property advisory services. This position offers diverse daily tasks and the chance to manage events across multiple locations, necessitating travel.
Your Responsibilities
You will primarily handle the evaluation, coordination, promotion, attendance, and management of year-round corporate events, seminars, and functions, both in-person and virtual, aimed at effectively reaching our current and prospective clientele. Your role encompasses everything from front-of-house duties to behind-the-scenes logistics.
Additionally, you will gather, analyze, and present event feedback to the organization to assess the effectiveness of all events and ensure that marketing efforts are effectively targeting clients. Key responsibilities include sourcing promotional materials, organizing event logistics, creating promotional content for websites and social media, coordinating event newsletters, invitations, and managing RSVPs and guest lists.
You will collaborate closely with the broader marketing team to produce speaker presentation materials for seminars, adhering to corporate standards.
Qualifications for Success
To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable events position and demonstrate exceptional organizational and administrative capabilities.
