As a Sales Valuer, you will be responsible for providing accurate market valuations for potential seller's properties based on the best available data and comparable property sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough property valuations to determine accurate market values
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the local property market, including trends and sales data
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with the central support team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property valuation and sales, with a strong understanding of the local market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for business purposes
What We Offer:
- A competitive OTE of £50,000 - £60,000 in the first year
- A 3-month guarantee/retainer
