Role Responsibilities
This dynamic position is designed to bolster the Robertson Group brand. Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Executive, the Brand Marketing Specialist will have the opportunity to shape our brand narrative and engage with customers on multiple platforms. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who can craft compelling stories and is passionate about driving brand growth in a competitive market. Key responsibilities include:
- Cultivating the Robertson Group brand, focusing on the visibility of our online listings, maintaining our website, and managing digital marketing initiatives including paid advertising and pay-per-click campaigns.
- Fostering relationships with essential team members, particularly within the broader sales and marketing departments, and collaborating with key agency contacts.
- Compiling and presenting monthly marketing reports for strategic meetings.
- Ensuring ongoing maintenance of our digital presence, including the management of online listings and digital advertising efforts.
- Continuously researching competitor strategies in social media and web presence, proposing innovative ideas and staying ahead of industry trends.
Candidates may have prior experience in brand development or be eager to embrace a new challenge that brings fresh concepts to fruition. Strong planning and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to measure outcomes through straightforward metrics to ensure our external communications are impactful.
