Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Lead to join our team at IO Associates. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the Air & Space domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion in the Air & Space domain.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the RAF, Space Command, and industry partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and work closely with the sales team to bring in new customers and revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with the CRO to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.

  • Proven experience in business development and growth, with a strong track record of success.
  • Experience working in the Air & Space domain, with a deep understanding of the industry and its key players.
