Permanent - Full Time - 40 Hours

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join our dynamic Partnership team in our Nottingham office.

As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering a first-class customer experience, driving high levels of satisfaction across our social housing refurbishment contracts.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the workload across planned maintenance programmes
  • Providing exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve programme objectives
  • Utilizing CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions
  • Collaborating with the Senior Resident Liaison Officer to ensure seamless delivery of services

We are looking for a pro-active and engaging individual with a proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
