Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our clients, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and provide expert advice and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic HR support to our clients, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations.
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and provide expert advice and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support our clients' business objectives.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to our clients' employees to help them achieve their career goals.
  • Collaborate with our clients' management teams to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, employees, and external partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR business partnering, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
