About the Role

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement sales strategies, and will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess client needs and offer personalized solutions
  • Strive to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
  • Nurture and maintain client relationships to ensure ongoing growth and long-term success
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of up to £28,000, with uncapped commission potential (top earners can reach over £50,000). You will also receive regular performance bonuses, comprehensive training, and a range of benefits including free on-site parking, gym access, and more.

Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales, telemarketing, or a similar field
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Fluent in English
