Role Overview:
As an Autism Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in supporting students diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) within a specialized educational environment. Your focus will be on creating an inclusive and engaging learning atmosphere that promotes personal growth and academic success.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop personalized learning strategies tailored to each student's unique needs.
2. Prepare educational materials and lead interactive classroom sessions.
3. Provide both emotional and physical support to enhance student engagement and development.
4. Collaborate with a dedicated team to foster a nurturing and supportive educational environment.

Qualifications:
While full training will be provided, prior experience in educational support roles, particularly with students on the autism spectrum, is highly valued. We also welcome candidates with backgrounds in hospitality, outdoor education, or other relevant fields.

Skills:
- Ability to adapt to various learning environments, both indoor and outdoor.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to contribute positively to our team culture.
