Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Autism Practitioner to join our team at Mysa Autism Center. As an Autism Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting the education and care of our students, helping them to develop essential life skills and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans to support the learning and development of students with Autism
  • Provide direct support to students with Autism, including behavioral support and crisis intervention
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for students with Autism
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of autism-specific programs and services
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in autism support

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in autism support or a related field
  • Strong understanding of autism spectrum condition and its impact on individuals and families
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
