Role Overview: Collaborating closely with the Senior Pricing Manager (EMEA) and the Director of Pricing (EMEA), you will take charge of the pricing and analytics operations across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of strategic initiatives and ensure compliance with commercial agreements.
  • Oversee junior team members, guiding them in their professional growth and project execution.
  • Provide both strategic and tactical pricing insights to enhance the pricing structure and service offerings of alternative fee arrangements, including various fee adjustments such as penalties, reductions, bonuses, and premiums.
  • Collaborate with the Legal Project Management team to create and implement frameworks that ensure Alternative Fee Arrangement (AFA) projects adhere to their predetermined budgets and assess the efficiency of the work performed.
  • Evaluate the current pricing and matter management capabilities of the firm, drafting proposals for projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and output.
  • Engage with partners and fee-earners throughout the EMEA region to promote awareness of the pricing function and its capabilities.
  • Assist the Senior Pricing Manager (EMEA) in supervising team analysts, ensuring that tasks are allocated effectively and completed to a high standard.
  • Contribute to the delivery of training programs for partners related to Client Value and Pricing initiatives as needed.
  • Work in conjunction with Business Development, Finance, and other Business Services teams to guarantee the seamless provision of information.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
  • Proficient IT skills, particularly in Excel, with intermediate to advanced capabilities being advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives concurrently while adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Familiarity with financial and revenue billing systems is a plus.
  • Hybrid working model available.
