We are seeking an experienced Pricing Director to lead our commercial insurance pricing function. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in pricing insurance products and implementing new pricing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Pricing Function: Manage and deploy pricing software, and provide strategic pricing support to our commercial insurance team.
- Offer Pricing Insights: Advise senior management on pricing strategies and performance, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
- Oversee Performance: Lead the production of quarterly loss ratios and ensure pricing targets are met, driving business growth and profitability.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external partners, including insurers and reinsurers, to develop and maintain strong relationships.
- Team Development: Build an inclusive and high-performing pricing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Support Captive Solutions: Aid in developing captive insurance solutions and profitability analysis, driving business growth and revenue.
- Align Risk Pricing: Work with leadership to maintain pricing within target ranges, ensuring optimal risk management and business outcomes.
Required Experience:
- Commercial Lines Insurance: Extensive experience in commercial lines, property and casualty, and specialty insurance.
- Pricing Expertise: Proven track record in pricing insurance products and implementing new pricing strategies.
