You will be implementing innovative pricing solutions across multiple distribution channels in a vibrant and fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial lines, property and casualty, and specialty insurance. You will be responsible for managing and deploying pricing software, providing strategic pricing support, and advising senior management on pricing strategies and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the pricing function and drive business growth
- Implement innovative pricing solutions across multiple distribution channels
- Manage and deploy pricing software
- Provide strategic pricing support
- Advise senior management on pricing strategies and performance
- Lead the production of quarterly loss ratios and ensure pricing targets are met
We are open to discussing flexible arrangements and prefer candidates who can be in Leeds a few days per week. If you bring a wealth of experience in commercial lines pricing and have great communication and interpersonal skills, this could be the perfect role for you.
