We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our pricing function and drive business growth at Gerrard White Consulting. As an Actuarial Transformation Director, you will be responsible for spearheading and growing the pricing function within our dynamic commercial insurance team.
This is a hybrid role that requires a strong understanding of commercial lines pricing and a proven track record of implementing innovative pricing solutions across multiple distribution channels. You will be working in a vibrant and fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial lines, property and casualty, and specialty insurance. You will be responsible for managing and deploying pricing software, providing strategic pricing support, and advising senior management on pricing strategies and performance.
Key responsibilities include:
