Job Summary

Axiom Software Solutions Limited is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Oracle Solution Architect to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will serve as the counterpart to our delivery SI's solution architect, requiring expert-level functional knowledge in designing, planning, and implementing Oracle Cloud ERP Financials, Procurement, Projects, Enterprise Planning, and Budgeting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • 15 years of expert-level knowledge and experience as an Oracle Financials, Procurement, Projects, and Reporting functional leader, with 7+ years of experience designing, planning, and implementing Oracle Cloud ERP and Procurement solutions.
  • Lead and collaborate at all levels of the organization, synthesizing complex information for executive and business leadership consumption and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to prepare and present reports to executive and business leadership, various decision/governance boards, and the Programme oversight team.
  • Build consensus and negotiate compromise across diverse senior-level internal and external stakeholders with competing priorities.
  • Define, manage, and deliver the Fusion Solution Design and Build in the Programme alongside the System Integrator (Version 1) and the Technology Solution Architect.
  • Ensure and manage the Programme's compliance with the bank's architectural frameworks and policies.
  • Plan, implement, and drive solution delivery plans, resources, and governance.
  • Constructively challenge and assess overall design, build, and test process and service delivery effectiveness and programme progress.
