About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning and Development Administrator to provide administrative support to our Learning and Development Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing first-line support and advice for all L&D queries, updating and maintaining training records, and ensuring all information held within the L&D department is accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development Department, including updating and maintaining training records and ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Provide first-line support and advice for all L&D queries, including responding to employee and manager inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and coordinate training events, including internal and external training sessions, and ensure all necessary arrangements are made, including venue bookings and catering.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with key external training suppliers and venue representatives to ensure good service is provided.
  • Monitor the L&D budget and recharge to departments where necessary, keeping the Head of People informed of spend.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced administrative role, managing varied tasks and priorities.
  • Good IT skills, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
