Merchandising Coordinator

Permanent Position

Hybrid Role

Salary Range: £26,000 – £30,000

A dynamic lifestyle brand specializing in a diverse range of products for women, men, children, footwear, and accessories is on the lookout for a Merchandising Coordinator to enhance their team. This role involves assisting in the execution of historical data analysis, trend forecasting, and the development and maintenance of range plans to ensure optimal stock flow and availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate sales performance and propose strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Aid in the management of stock orders from vendors, oversee shipment tracking, and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Adjust stock distribution across various channels as needed.
  • Guide and mentor junior merchandisers while pursuing personal development through continuous learning and research.
  • Actively contribute to the company's sustainability initiatives.

Candidates must possess prior experience in roles such as allocator, junior merchandiser, or merchandising assistant. Strong numerical aptitude and excellent communication skills, along with negotiation capabilities, are essential. Experience in a retail setting is preferred.
