You will achieve this by merging your exceptional artistry skills with extensive product knowledge and a genuine passion for customer engagement. You believe in making beauty accessible to all and can tailor your approach to meet the diverse needs of your clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead your team effectively by:
    • Meeting your individual targets
    • Enhancing your product knowledge and staying informed about beauty trends
    • Conducting client appointments and elevating your artistry

  • Manage the daily, monthly, and quarterly operations of your counter, developing business strategies to ensure success and efficiency
  • Prepare and distribute staff schedules, while maintaining accurate records of payroll, attendance, and other HR-related documentation
  • Oversee inventory management, stock audits, and visual merchandising
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols
  • Utilize retail management meetings to provide feedback on counter performance
  • Ensure your team meets business objectives, targets, and KPIs, addressing any performance issues with support from the Training Team or Area Manager as needed
  • Inspire your team to continuously enhance their artistry, product knowledge, and overall performance, leveraging training resources
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews, supporting your team’s career aspirations
  • Address any performance, attendance, or conduct issues in accordance with company standards, utilizing the appropriate procedures and escalating when necessary

Qualifications:

The essential skills and experience required for this role include:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role (minimum of 5 team members), preferably within the luxury retail sector
  • A strong passion for makeup and skincare
  • Demonstrated success in leading a retail team
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication and numerical skills
  • Comfortable working towards and surpassing KPIs
  • Highly organized and punctual
