Clinique is a leading beauty company that provides high-quality skincare and makeup products. As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, providing personalized recommendations, and driving sales across our skincare, makeup, and fragrance products.
About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and ambitious individual who is eager to develop their skills in the retail beauty industry. As a Counter Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personalized skincare and makeup consultations to customers, understanding their skin and makeup goals to recommend custom-fit routines.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
• Create a visually appealing shopping environment by maintaining high standards of visual merchandising.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that each customer has a unique and inspirational in-store experience.

Requirements:
• Previous retail industry/customer services experience
• A passion for beauty and skincare, with a desire to understand customers' skin and makeup goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Proof of right to live and work in the country
