Job Overview:
Clinique is seeking a talented Counter Manager to join our team. As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, making our clients feel valued, respected, connected, and confident while selling our market-leading products across our Skincare, Makeup, and Fragrance.
You will be passionate about beauty, have a desire to understand your client's skin and make-up goals, and be able to confidentially recommend custom-fit routines. With your approachable and friendly personality, you will be able to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
We are looking for a self-starter who is eager to learn and grow with our company. As a Counter Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the retail beauty industry, and we will invest in your development and give you the tools needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a personalized experience for each client
- Sell Clinique's market-leading products across Skincare, Makeup, and Fragrance
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and their benefits
- Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to create a visually appealing shopping environment
- Support the development and growth of the team
