Beauty Counter Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Beauty Counter Manager. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide personalized and inspirational customer service, ensuring that every customer has a unique and memorable experience.
- Sales and Merchandising: Drive sales growth by effectively promoting and selling our market-leading skincare and makeup products.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, ensuring that our store looks appealing and inviting to customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the retail team to achieve sales targets and provide support and guidance as needed.
- Previous Retail Experience: Proven experience in a retail environment, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of skincare and makeup products, with the ability to provide expert advice and recommendations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
