Clinique - Counter Manager - M&S - 30 Hours

Job Summary:

Clinique is a leading beauty company that provides high-quality skincare and makeup products. We are seeking a skilled Counter Manager to join our team and provide exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for creating a unique and inspirational in-store experience for our customers. You will be passionate about beauty and have a deep understanding of our products and services. You will work closely with our team to ensure that every customer has a personalized and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for our customers

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services

• Work closely with our team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

• Maintain a visually appealing shopping environment through effective visual merchandising

• Support the development of our team members through training and coaching

Requirements:

• Previous retail industry experience, preferably in a customer-facing role

• A passion for beauty and a desire to understand our customers' skin and makeup goals

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

• Flexible availability across days and hours
