Aveda Beauty Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as an Aveda Beauty Advisor. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating clients on Aveda products, and creating a unique and inspirational in-store experience.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company that is passionate about holistic beauty and sustainability. As an Aveda Beauty Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of Aveda products, including our best-selling hair care and skin care lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming and inspiring in-store experience
  • Educate clients on Aveda products and services, including our hair care and skin care lines
  • Work collaboratively with the retail team to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Participate in in-store events and promotions to drive sales and engagement
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on the latest Aveda trends and launches

Requirements
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise
  • Experience styling with hot tools (desirable but not essential)
  • A passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • An approachable and friendly personality
  • Confidence in speaking to customers and understanding their needs
  • Flexible availability across days and hours
